Our lab facilities at Matrix ONE | Amsterdam Science Park
The newest Innovation Center at Amsterdam Science Park is Matrix ONE, a hyper-modern and exceptionally sustainable innovation building. The unique combination of state-of-the-art offices and laboratories, an expansive and open social area makes Matrix ONE the perfect location for Open Kitchen Labs. The building is nearly energy-neutral, carries the BREEAM “Excellent” certification and is demountable, so the material scan be reused in the future. The building was designed specifically to maximize interaction and knowledge exchange.
Open Kitchen Labs has two lab-spaces at Matrix ONE. A centrally located chemistry lab on the ground floor with room for upto 12 start-ups. A second lab on the fifth floor for up to 3 biotech start-ups. These lab spaces are highly modular and furnished with latest lab infrastructure and refurbished equipment where possible.
